Returns & Exchanges

At Squatch, we stand by the quality of our grooming products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
